Payment and Refunds
Sound Visionary wants you to be satisfied with the purchase of your course so we offer a 15-days Money Back Guarantee for it. The refund can only be claimed upon completion of the entire course and all assignments within 15 days of purchase, if not satisfied with the course. To claim a refund, you must submit a request with proof of such completion by sending an email to academy@soundvisionary.com within 15 days of purchase. The fee is non-refundable after this term.
Access to Course
Access to the course is granted upon successful payment. You will receive login details for the course upon completing the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any unauthorised use of your account. “Lifetime Access” refers to the lifetime of the course, not the lifetime of the purchaser or the Company.
Access to Coaching Sessions
The coaching session package is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. During this period, the purchaser of the package is entitled to schedule and attend coaching sessions as outlined in the package details. The validity period begins on the exact date of purchase and ends 6 months thereafter.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to use the coaching sessions within this timeframe, as any unused sessions will expire at the end of the six-month period. No extensions or exceptions will be granted beyond the stated validity period.
Sound Visionary reserves the right to modify or discontinue this package offering at any time, without prior notice. By purchasing the coaching session package, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The course is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sound Visionary be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the course.
